About Rhonda

Rhonda has worked as an occupational therapist for over 25 years. She has worked in the settings of rehab, sub-acute, acute care, and most recently at the long-term acute care hospital. She has worked both as a staff therapist and as supervisor in a large health system.

Her first exposure to the John Barnes Myofascial Release approach came very early in her career, and has influenced her practice in all of these settings. Rhonda has chosen to specialize in this treatment approach because it is effective and safe. During your treatment with Rhonda, you will have her full attention with a hands-on approach drawing on over 25 years of experience.

At this time, using the classification system established by Mr. Barnes, Rhonda is an Expert Therapist of John Barnes Myofascial Release. She has taken over 250 hours of training, much from Mr. Barnes himself. Classes include: Myofascial Release 1, Unwinding, Myofascial Release II, Fascial-Pelvis, Rebounding, Quantum Leap, Cervical Thoracic, Advanced Unwinding, Skill Enhancement Seminar,Women’s Health, Subtle Energy, Fascial Cranium and Myofascial Release 3. Rhonda also assists as an instructor with some MFR courses and acts as a regional study group leader.
